  • 3 apples (Golden or Granny Smith)
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml milk

Preparation Steps:

  1. Preparing the apples:

    • Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces or thin slices according to the desired texture.

  2. Mixing the dry ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, sift the flour. Add baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
